Delaware County 32-2-41 Magisterial District Court

The county of Delaware possesses 33 Magisterial District Courts. Preliminary hearings and arraignments for both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases are held in these courts. These cases move on to the Court of Common Pleas after leaving their preliminary stages.
